Structure and Well-being

• Our multi-purpose social organization prioritizes a well-structured and enriching daily schedule for the children. This routine, implemented with the guidance of teachers and staff, fosters a positive and productive environment.

• Each day commences with a moment of reflection. This includes a prayer, followed by the national anthem and a guided meditation. This calming and meditative practice sets a peaceful tone for the rest of the day.

• Following morning routines, a nutritious breakfast fuels the children for their activities. This is preceded by a refreshing bath, ensuring their well-being.

• The day is filled with a variety of stimulating classes. These include academic skill development, vocational training, recreational activities, and indoor games. Recreational activities could encompass playing carrom, drawing, dancing, and more, catering to diverse interests.

• To promote sound sleep, short outdoor activities and games are incorporated into the schedule when the children have outings. This allows them to release their energy in a healthy manner.

• A well-structured five-meal plan provides the children with the vital nutrients they need for growth and development. This includes breakfast, lunch, an evening snack, and dinner.

• Some light-hearted entertainment in the late evening, supervised television time is allotted. This allows for relaxation and enjoyment.

• After completing all daily activities, the children are guided to their beds for a restful night's sleep.
